Interior Basement Drainage Tiling

The process of interior drain tiling involves removal of concrete around the perimeter of the basement and placement of a corrugated, slotted (to allow water in) polyethylene pipe in the trench. The drain pipe is laid into the trench with a slight grade of the soil to allow passive draining of the water to a sump tank. From there the water can be pumped out to the exterior of the house.
